Anna, Lee, Kayleigh, Elen and Rachel will be taking part in a 5KM fun run in Stratford to raise money for Epilepsy Action. This is a charity that has become very close to our hearts since last year when a 3rd seizure led to Kayleigh having CPR and developing an inbuilt Halloween mask for 2 months!

We would like to do all we can to raise as much as possible to aid research and help the lives of those living with epilepsy.

None of us have done this kind of thing before and none of us have started or completed any real training and the nerves are starting to kick in!

Epilepsy Action is the UK’s biggest community of people who want a better future for people affected by epilepsy.

The charity offers free vital services such as their Freephone helpline, website, local Talk and Support groups around the UK, e-learning courses, and their Befriending service. The charity’s freephone helpline is a vital service, with trained advisors who provide much-needed advice and support.
