Inspired by the popular global ADVENTrunning Facebook community, ADVENTactive is a fun and festive 24-day challenge that Metropolitan Pub Co emplyees are taking on this year.

We are committing to 30 minutes of being active every day from the 1st December until Christmas. It’s a great way to stay healthy in both body and mind (especially at this time of year!), and we are raising money for Macmillan in the process by asking our friends and family to sponsor us.

Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without your help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them.
