Story
Can you help Pogo?
Pogo came into our care on 15th May, having been found as an injured stray. He was suffering with a severely broken leg, a broken jaw and a ruptured abdomen, likely to be caused by a road traffic accident. Pogo underwent an extremely long operation to amputate his leg and repair his abdomen. With lots of love and attention, we are pleased to say he is recovering well and as affectionate as ever. Pogo is now ready to find a new home having been vaccinated, microchipped and treated for fleas and worms.
However, with Pogo’s treatments comes costs. Pogo’s operation alone has cost £2950 and that is where we are asking for your help. Could you help us with the costs of Pogo’s care. We do not receive any government funding and are totally reliant on donations to help make a better life for cats. We appreciate times are tight, the minimum donation set by JustGiving is £2, but anything you can donate will be hugely appreciated. Whether it’s £2, £5 or £10, every penny and pound helps. Please donate today if you can. If we are fortunate enough to raise more funds than required to cover all of Pogo’s care, the extra money will be used to help other cats in our care. Thank
