Story
Together Trust's service Meridian are fundraising to make their garden more accessible for those they support - children and young people with learning disabilities and/or autism associated conditions.
I have chosen to walk 186 miles along the Pembrokeshire coastal path to help raise funds for this much loved space. I will be camping along the way, and will aim to complete the walk in 15 days, starting from Amroth and finishing in St Dogmaels.

I personally know how important this garden is to the young people that we support and the difference that the new equipment will make.
The Meridian Garden is a special place for all of the young people who attend the service. When the local parks or other recreational activities are not able to meet the needs of the young people, the garden provides a safe space to explore, learn and most of all have fun. The garden is used all year round and we want to provide shelter and activities for the young people who like to be out rain or shine.
We have many fundraising events throughout the year and aim to raise enough money to replace the soft flooring and to provide equipment such as an easily accessible ground level trampoline and a wooden gazebo.
