The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, often within 24 hours. The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft). It's a test of physical and mental endurance, requiring teamwork, determination, and a deep commitment to the cause.

Merco is stepping up to the challenge and we have chosen Man Up as our charity to raise funds for. We understand that mental health issues can affect anyone, regardless of gender, but we also recognise the unique challenges that men often face in seeking help and support.
