Kilimanjaro is a snow-capped volcano in Tanzania, eastern Africa, standing at 5,895m.

Mental Health Getaway understand that not everyone will be able to use our paid services and whilst we issue a lot of information for free, such as newsletters, social media posts, free talks and initial 1-2-1 consultations, we also want to support access to other free forms of mental health support.
