Story
With the many young people we see in schools across the nation, the number of young people battling with poor mental health has become more prevalent than ever.
"1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England", MIND
"2 in 3 young people said that they had experienced stigma and discrimination at some point when reaching out for or receiving support for their mental health.", MIND
To be part of the change and healthy conversations, our "Still Standing" lessons help to give young people healthy ways to tackle hard seasons and give them tools for a balanced and healthy life.
We want them to leave knowing It is okay to get help, suffering in silence should not be the resolve.
July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, so we are going to move with purpose. As a team, we are going to stride to 10k in a 80's sportswear!
You can watch us completely embarrass ourselves while we document the walk on our instagram! @nxt_chaptr @otc.band

We are raising money for The Message Trust so that more young people can hear this message of hope with our schools lessons.
Can you give so that more young people can be in our tailored "Resilience and Wellbeing" lesson?
