Story

Sooo in true Mell Dixon style, I have agreed to take on a last minute place for this years GRN thankfully with Jamie agreeing to take part with me as well! 😂🙈 Nothing like some last minute panic training 🙈👀

We will be taking part in this years Great North Run to raise funds for The Headlight Project. We will be running the world's biggest half marathon to raise vital funds and awareness of suicide prevention.

Any support that anyone can donite would be massively appreciated as I know this can be a lot to ask from people!!

The Headlight Project is a fabulous charoty that aims to reduce the number of deaths by suicide in the Tees Valley, which has one of the highest regional rates in the country. We aim to achieve this by providing therapy to those bereaved by suicide, and delivering preventative education and training to schools, local businesses and the community.

As someone who lost a parent at a young age, I know how vital therapy and support can be to anyone who has lost a loved one. Please please support where you can!
