Suited & Booted is an incredible London-based charity that specifically assists men from disadvantaged backgrounds by providing them with suitable interview clothing, interview training and mentoring. We've both had the privilege of supporting and volunteering at this charity. We have seen firsthand the transformation that a suit and tie can bring about. It's not just about the clothes; it gives the wearer self-esteem, confidence, and belief. Stepping into a new suit or outfit not only changes the way others perceive you but also changes the way you see yourself, giving the wearer a newfound spring in their step.

This is a small charity that operates without government funding, relying solely on grants, donations, and the dedication of volunteers. While they do receive suit donations from the general public and larger clothing companies, there's an ongoing need for additional funds to provide shoes and suits for men who don't fit the average size category.

Why the Great Wall of China? Following parts of the historic Silk Road felt like a natural trek to do for this charity. After all, men's ties were traditionally made from silk. We will be trekking across parts of the Great Wall of China over 5 consecutive days, for around 4-7 hours a day, up and down thousands of uneven steps on tricky terrain

Our goal is to raise £5,000 for The Suited & Booted Centre Limited for them to continue their amazing work. Every donation counts, no matter how small. Your support will make a difference in the lives of these men who are working hard in their own efforts to change their lives.
