Ryan is taking on his most challenging event so far… as the name suggests “Seriously Brutal Duathlon “ Ryan will be completing a 1 lap run around the Lake (5miles) 2 lap (58miles) road bike and finish with an ascent / descent of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) (9 miles) in the same day pushing himself to his limit! 😅

Me on the other hand will be taking on something more mentally challenging by dropping off a 150ft quarry to abseil down 🫣
