Cancer affects so many of us. There are around 375K new cases of cancer every year. I lost both of my grandfathers to cancer, and have many survivor friends and relatives.

Cancer Research UK does amazing work, including funding scientists, doctors and nurses to help beat cancer sooner.

My employer, Apply Digital, along with Contentful, commercetools, Talon.One and Algolia are coming together to scale the 3 Peaks to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

The Three Peaks Challenge is climbing the tallest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike), and Wales (Snowdon) — one after the other within a 24 hour period! This will equate to a total ascent of 3064 metres (9,843ft) and a distance of 26 miles (42km).
