I have been given the privilege of a Scarborough Athletic club place at this year’s London Marathon, with this comes the opportunity to fundraise. As a Scarborough local I know how important the RNLI is to our community and visitors. This was proven recently when a member of our own running club life was saved by them. Myself and thousands of others get to enjoy the beautiful Scarborough sea side every year because of the RNLI, so as a little thank you I have chosen to fundraise for them.
