This September, we're challenging you to zipline between the iconic 45ft high Ilkley Moor boulders, and then embark on a 50ft abseil down 'the Cow'.

Story

This September, I'm taking part in the Great Yorkshire Abseil to raise funds for Mind in Bradford's vital services.

I'll be embarking on a 50ft abseil down 'the Cow' in Ilkley. This is a very big deal for someone who is scared of heights!!

I'm taking on this epic challenge for Mind in Bradford, and for mental health in my community!
