Team JRS UK is taking on the London Marathon 2025 to raise vital funds for our work accompanying, serving and advocating for the rights of refugees!

Story

🏁_______🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽_________🏁

Every year more and more familes have been forced to flee their homes to seek sanctuary, and it has become increasingly important to help support these marginalised communities.

During medical school we both volunteered with N.E.S.T - An incredible organisation supporting refugee and asylum seeking communities in the North-East of England. Since moving to London we were keen to continuing supporting this cause, and as such we're running the London Marathon to raise funds for JRS UK!

JRS UK is another great organisation supporting refugees. Every year their team supports over 300+individuals and their families to navigate the challenging UK asylum system and provide legal advice and representation. This is alongside food, clothing, accomodation, and English as a second language (ESL) lessons, all free at the point of service kindly supported through charitable efforts.

If you can spare any change or clothes** to help us support a great cause, we'd be very appreciative!

Thank you in advance! ☺️
