We are taking part in another cycle challenge this year, we have decided to step it up a level by upping our elevation to 3698m.

We are raising money in Aid of The Grand Appeal Charity by completing a sponsored Cycle Ride called Cycle Mallorca 2023 Challenge, this is a 3-day challenge from the 21st of September to the 25th of September where we will be cycling 214km (132 miles) around Mallorca. We have a mixture of cyclists so this cycle will really push everyone to their limits.

We are doing this because one of the Directors' Son was sadly diagnosed with Leukemia at a young age whilst on holiday, this was an extremely terrifying and devastating experience for his family and everyone around him. He is one of the lucky children which with the support of the Bristol Children’s Hospital & The Grand Appeal he is well and still receiving ongoing treatment, unfortunately not all children are this lucky.

The money raised for The Grand Appeal will be used to help other families and children who are in a similar situation.

How the Grand Appeal Help:

Family Accommodation: The charity runs three accommodation houses that provide a safe and supportive place for families to stay while their child is in hospital.

Medical Research: They fund medical research programmes to ensure the hospital remains a hub of innovation, where every day experts pave the way for sick children through a network of projects with international impact.

Equipment: The charity funds state-of-the-art equipment to save lives.

Music, Play And Art Therapy: The music, play and arts programme can be seen on every ward at Bristol Children’s Hospital, helping young children to deal with the stresses and fears they may face during treatment.

Art Enhancements: The Grand appeal make sure Bristol Children's Hospital provides a fun stimulating and comforting space for the brave children it cares for.

We have a total target of £85,000 to raise from fundraising events and kind donations.
