That’s why we’re proud to support Mates in Mind, a leading UK charity that’s working tirelessly to break the silence around mental health in construction and related industries.

Between 19th May and 10th October 2025 (World Mental Health Day), our team will be walking a collective 1,500 kilometres — a journey that reflects our commitment to starting conversations, supporting one another, and raising awareness about the importance of mental wellbeing at work.

The construction industry continues to face some of the highest rates of mental ill-health and suicide in the UK. Mates in Mind provides crucial support, education, and resources to help employers and individuals create safer, healthier workplaces.

With your help, we can raise vital funds that will allow Mates in Mind to reach even more workers with life-saving support. Every step we take is a step towards a more open, supportive, and mentally healthy industry.
