Dear friends and family,

This May, I will be running my very first marathon, and I have a very personal reason for doing so. I’m raising funds for the Ottawa Heart Institute, an incredibly important facility that has made a difference in the lives of so many, including my own family.

I’m particularly grateful for the care and support my mother is receiving at the Ottawa Heart Institute. She’s currently recovering in the ICCU after undergoing surgery to repair her weakened heart. While her recovery journey will be a long one, we’re seeing signs of progress, and for that, we are incredibly thankful.

The Ottawa Heart Institute has touched the lives of countless people, recently including close friends, family, and so many others in our community. If you have the means to donate, your support would mean the world to me..
