We provide advice, mediation and support to prevent homelessness in Hertfordshire
About the charity
Herts Young Homeless (hyh) focus is on preventing youth homelessness. Our services include education in schools, family mediation and supporting 16-24 year olds in their first homes.
We empower young people to be able to deal with difficult situations in their lives and ultimately find stability.
