For the fundraising for WORLDWrite I'm going to do a long run across all of London and take a photo of myself at each landmark in London for my progress in the run, 3 June 2023
Throughout history, people have gone all the way in support of their peers and their inspiring acts of solidarity will feature in a new documentary WORLDwrite volunteers plan to produce in 2023. Help them make it by supporting their 48hour challenge.

Story

Hello my name is Maxwell Francis and I'm helping WORLDWrite fundraise to make a film on the history of solidarity in the UK. We are raising money for the funds to create and shoot this film. Working with WORLDWrite for the solidarity film has helped me to progress and improve my camera work and research skills for camera training, filming interviews, and researching our solidarity topics. As part of the solidarity film I chose to do my research on the support for Ukraine movements in the UK. I chose to do this topic as part of my project because I have been to a Ukraine support protest that happened in March 2022 at Trafalgar Square and I have friends who have been impacted by the conflict and working on this short film will benefit the solidarity of the Ukraine Support and help others.
