Max (9), Elias (6) and Mum Danni are walking in memory of their beloved Nan, Sheila, who they sadly lost in April 2024, as well as in support of family members and friends impacted by dementia. They’ll be joined by Nanna Cilla and cousin Lizzie, who are also walking to honour their loved ones affected by the condition.

Dementia is the UKs biggest killer. Someone develops it every three minutes and currently there is no cure. We know it is scary but we must confront the biggest health & social care challenge of our time. We owe it to the 900,000 people across the UK currently living with dementia to campaign for change, whilst providing vital day-to-day support.
