The challenge finishes on September 30th 2025, and started last year on October 1st 2024.

Following on from the successful Bristol Half Marathon event and charity fund raiser, I have decided to go again. This time, I’m attempting to go big! Currently I have 4 planned events, which could grow depending on what comes up and if the body holds up! The story so far…

I won’t be altering my current schedule to fit this in. Im going to keep being Dad. I’m going to keep playing football. I’m going to keep going to work. I’m going to keep thinking about my best mate Mike Harris - ultimately this is why I’m doing this!! We all knew the pain he suffered, and how he hated feeling like he did. So, we want to raise awareness and keep banging the drum as loudly as possible.

There will be plenty more to come, and discuss over the next few months. What I need is your support, physically, mentally and also financially…. You’ve seen the target. It’s £1k per month.

For those that know…

He sent me this quote once, around the end of 2019. “Never let your friends get lonely, keep disturbing them!” I’m glad we are all here, we were all disturbed at one point probably. Voice notes, pictures, images you can’t unsee…. Ultimately my point is, Mike was kind. I think everyone wants to be more like Mike.
