My name is Maud - I am a teacher from the Alps, France but have recently moved to London and am currently working for a school in Hampstead. I want to run the London Marathon on 23rd April 2023.

I am looking to raise £2000 for the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) - the world's largest independent cancer research organisation. I chose this charity to honour my friend Florence and support my mum and my aunt who have been touched by breast cancer. The goal is to accelerate research and save lives.

I have done many races in the Alps including 10/20/30 km and a half marathon. Running a full Marathon will be the biggest challenge I have undertaken so far.

I would be grateful for any donations you can spare to help me support this fantastic charity.

Je m'appelle Maud, je suis originaire de Haute-Savoie et enseignante à Londres. Je me suis lancé le défi de courir 42km pour une association et me suis inscrite au Marathon de Londres qui aura lieu le 23 avril 2023.

Je cherche à collecter 2000€ pour ICR, la plus grande organisation indépendante de recherche sur le cancer. J'ai choisi cette association pour rendre hommage à mon amie Florence et apporter mon soutien à ma maman et ma tante qui ont été touchées par le cancer du sein.

J'ai participé à de nombreuses courses, notamment des 10/20/30 km et un semi-marathon. Courir un marathon sera le plus grand défi que j'ai relevé jusqu'à présent.
