Hello all - it's that time again where I raise my head and do something for charity! Last year I ran 100 miles in a month so this year wanted to raise the bar to something I've always wanted to do!

I'll be scaling (and descending) the UK's 3 highest peaks next month all in aid to raise money for Cancer Research. Having lost my dear wife Gem to Cancer, I made a promise to do all I can to help others in her position fight this and with our help we can make a real difference.

I know I'm always on the scrounge, this won't be easy!
