Hi all,

As some of you may know, on April 6th I will be taking part in my first half marathon event. This is in support of my best friend, Ellie, who works for the incredible organization, Response. The charity is an Oxfordshire based charity, providing mental health and wellbeing support to people of all ages, providing life changing care to those who need it most.

Response has been at the forefront of supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges for over 50 years. We provide a range of services, including housing, outreach , and community programs that empower people to lead fulfilling lives. Every donation helps Response continue their essential work, supporting more people to rebuild their confidence and independence.

Mental health matters to all of us. Whether it’s a friend, family member, colleague, or even ourselves, we all know someone who has faced mental health challenges. By running the London Landmarks Half Marathon, I want to raise awareness and funds to ensure Response can continue to expand their life-changing services. Every step we take is for those who need support to take their own steps toward recovery.
