Story
I've always been fascinated by Yemen and have occasionally tried to help Médecins Sans Frontières with their great work in that country.
Some of you donated very generously when I did the 10,000m climb (riding 20x up the Feldberg -- but in my garage; see https://tinyurl.com/mr27ptz8 ), so it's time to up the ante a bit. I've decided to do the full Brevet series (200, 300, 400 and 600km rides; already done) as qualifiers for the main event: 1200km in under 90 hours -- mimicking the famous Paris-Brest-Paris ride, but again indoors, using Rouvy (https://rouvy.com/). Mad enough for you? Cash please! The target is £1 per km and donating will make you feel good. And the more you donate the better you'll feel, so don't hold back!
Kick-off is on Thu July 13 at 10am. Start times move forward by an hour each day. Company from other Rouvy nutters is welcome! Route details are here:
