I am raising money for the homeless charity Shelter Cymru for those less fortunate than many of us. I am lucky that after this challenge I will be having Xmas dinner with my family in a warm house, if I can help those who have not got those luxuries then this challenge will be more than worth it.

I am also dedicating this challenge to my Dad ‘Kevin Ryan’ who sadly passed away last year.
