Sheffield Children’s hospital has supported our daughter for nearly 3 years now. She has a condition called bilateral subluxation of the patella and has undergone 2 knee reconstructions. Her knees were so complex that only one surgeon in the country could correct them, this is the amazing Mr Nicolaou paediatric knee guru, at Sheffield children’s hospital, Our daughter is 10 now and likely to be continuing to need the hospital and fantastic expertise of Mr Nicolaou until her late teens. Our daughter said she would like to give something back and asked me if my team would help her raise some money for the hospital. As a family we have had a tough year and throughout this our daughter has remained resilient and brave. She would like to raise as much as she can to buy a new piece of equipment for Mr N’s operating theatre.
