As most of you know as a family we are trying to raise as much money as possible for Dorothy House and Jen.

I can't talk and thank Dorothy House enough, Mainly for looking after Jen, but also the support after losing her.

They are just amazing people and it needs pointing out they can only do what they do because of donations and donations only.

From the 1st Dec for 12 days i will doing a ice bath / plunge in the comfort of my big as ice bucket in my garden.

It will be cold and horrible, and i hate the cold!!

I know as a family we have asked an awful lot of our friends and family in forms of donations, I will take as little as you want to donate.
