Throughout the whole of November I will be running 10km every day, aiming for under 60mins for each, to raise money for Mind Lancashire.
Mind Lancashire are there for those in our local area who are in need of Mental Health support.
As a Personal Trainer and gym owner we have many people walk through our doors looking to make positive change in their lives because of challenges that they are facing both physically AND mentally.
I'm a massive believer in using exercise as a promoter of better mental health but sometimes people need help and support beyond that, and it’s charities like Mind Lancashire who play a vital role in helping anyone have access to support that could not only change their lives but potentially save them.
I will be posting details of how people can support this challenge, join me on runs, follow my progress through the month and come to talk if their facing their own challenges with their mental health on my social media pages so please follow @mattdewhurst_coach & @pro_fitpersonaltraining to keep up to date!
