On the first anniversary of my Heart Attack I will be participating in the British Heart Foundation London to Brighton Bike Ride in aide of the Gwent Cardiac Rehabilitation Trust who are a registered charity dedicated in supporting the rehabilitation of those who have experienced heart problems. The team work closely with the NHS to complement and enhance their services. Having been through the rehabilitation program and seeing first hand the tremendous work the team do , I am hoping to raise some funds to help them continue thier work in making a difference to those affected by cardiac issues. The event will take place on June 16, and my goal is to raise £500 .
