Story
We're taking part in the Duchenne Dash 24 hour bike ride from London to Paris. This is to raise money for Duchenne UK, a charity that helps children living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, which is a genetic disease causing all of the muscles in the body to gradually weaken. It almost always affects boys and currently has no cure. My link to this is that my good friend Gareth’s son, Harry Halpin, lives with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and we would like to do what we can to raise as much money as possible.
All money raised from the Duchenne Dash funds vital research and accelerates the development of treatments for Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a devastating muscle-wasting disease diagnosed in childhood.
Please donate and together, we will end Duchenne!
