Story
On Saturday, September 28th, 2024, I'll be taking on the Pilgrims’ 100 Mile Ultra, on behalf of the Brain Tumour Research charity.
In 2019, my friend Charlie was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour. After various surgeries and treatments, he received a terminal prognosis earlier this year.
In taking on this challenge, my aim is to make a positive difference for Charlie and others facing similar struggles by raising vital funds for research and support services for those affected by brain tumours.
Brain Tumour Research is a charity committed to funding research, raising awareness, and providing support for individuals and families affected by brain tumours. Their important work helps advance understanding and treatment options for this complex and devastating disease.
Every contribution brings us closer to the goal. Any support is invaluable in the fight against brain tumours.
