Sadly around Christmas back in 2019, we were faced with the heartbreaking decision of whether or not to continue our much wanted pregnancy.

It was discovered that our baby boy had a severe congenital disorder and we decided agonisingly to end our babies life almost halfway through the pregnancy.

During such traumatic times that many parents have to go through, ARC offer invaluable support and insight to parents decide whether to continue or end a pregnancy, providing specific support that often doesn’t feel available in the hospital setting.

Each Christmas, a new decoration is hung on our tree to remember our baby boy that we never got to meet. Running has always offered some peace and space for contemplation and this big old run is in memory of our little star. 💙⭐️
