I'm participating in the London2Brighton Ultra Challenge 2024, in support of Family Action. I'll be running 100km (62 miles) from Richmond over the scenic South Downs to Brighton, across two challenging days.

Family Action is an organization that goes above and beyond to support families in need. They provide practical, emotional, and financial assistance to those facing poverty, disadvantage, and social isolation across the country.

Every year, they help over 60,000 families through their extensive network of more than 170 community-based and national services. These families often face immense pressures - from crippling debt and poverty to mental health struggles, domestic abuse, or even being young carers. Without the right support, these problems can escalate and tear families apart.
