Hi, my name is Matt and I am one of the three dad's who will be supporting their lads in completing a ride of the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.

The canal is around 127 miles long and will take us around four days to complete, so roughly 30 miles a day. We'll be camping en route, so the ride will be a real adventure with, hopefully, lots of fantastic memories for us all. But no doubt it will be tough, certainly for the young lads, as they've never biked such a distance before. Add in some lovely spring-time mixed weather and we could be in for some fun....
