I'm excited to be participating in the Great South Run 2023 with my son Rafferty to raise money for the Solent MS Therapy Centre, an amazing charity that helps people with multiple sclerosis.

Multiple sclerosis is a condition that affects the nervous system, and it can be really tough to live with. That's why I'm asking for your help - every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in the lives of people with MS. The Solent MS Therapy Centre provides vital support and services to those who need it most, and your donation will help them continue their important work.

Our goal is to raise £200 for this incredible cause. Rafferty will be taking part in the Mini run, which is a 1.5k dash along Southsea Seafront. I'll be running in the 10 mile grown up event.
