The Matey Team is climbing the 3 peaks in 24 hours. Ben Nevis, Snowdon, and Scaffold Pike. Covering 23 miles with a total ascent of 10,052ft. What a challenge to undertake! The reason? To raise as much money and exposure as possible to a fantastic mental health organisation GiveUsAShout. Who is Shout? What do they do?

Shout is the UKs first and only free, confidential 24/7 text message support service for anyone who is struggling to cope.

Every 60 seconds, someone in need reaches out to Shout for support. They launched in May 2019 and have had more than 1.7million conversations with people who are anxious, stressed, depressed, suicidal or overwhelmed and who need in-the-moment support.

This is why we believe what Shout are doing is incredible and need your support.

We are aiming to raise a grand total of £4000!

Just £10 can help someone in destress to access an hour of mental health support

£25 can fund a clinician to provide expert supervision of conversations on Shouts digital mental health platform.

£250 can train a new Shout volunteer to take lifesaving conversations.
