Story

RACHEL DAWSON, JOHN NOSOWSKI, AYLA GRAY and DAISY DAWSON’s Just Giving page for the reading half !

Our little son, brother, nephew, cousin, grandson - Mateo was born prematurely last month and has been cared for by an amazing team on the Buscot ward at Royal Berkshire Hospital. It really is amazing what they do for the tiny babies, but also the support, kindness and seemingly endless patience shown to parents! Babies in Buscot Support (BIBS) is a charity that supports the ward in many ways such as new equipment and incubators, improving ward facilities - all essential for ensuring the sick or premature babies have the very best start in life.

As a family we are running the Reading Half Marathon as a way of raising funds for BIBS and to say a huge, heartfelt thank you for looking after Mateo with such kindness, skill and attention.

Please donate if you can to this wonderful cause. Many thanks - Mateo's family.
