The Mason Foundation is a national charity, founded by Stephen Mason with the vision to nurture happier, healthier and more fulfilled communities.

All donations received today will be used to support our Propel programme, a nationwide initiative to improve employment opportunities for young people who have additional learning needs.

Only 4.8% of people with a learning disability are in paid employment (BASE, 2022) and we are working to change that.

Supporting young people to improve their confidence as well as working with businesses to recognise the value of inclusive workplaces.
