Growing Well turns 20 this year and - as part of a whole programme of celebrations and fundraising activities - I am joining a team of 20 friends of the charity who will take on a 20 mile walk between our site at Tebay and our flagship site at Sizergh, to raise awareness and funds.

Growing Well now has three sites across Cumbria and supports hundreds of people each year with their mental health, using a powerful, evidence based therapeutic model.

Your donation will support the continuation of Growing Well’s mission to bring swift support to those experiencing severe mental ill health, avert mental health crisis and help people to find purpose and value again.
