Story
I am excited to be dusting off my trainers, donning my new Frontline t-shirt and taking to the streets, parks, beaches and hills throughout July and August for Frontline's annual 'Stride Through Summer' challenge.
I will be walking 700,000 steps throughout July and August. That number is symbolic because it represents the number of children in England who need the support of a social worker every year.
As many of you will know, these children often live in incredibly tough circumstances, in families struggling with multiple challenges such as domestic abuse, poverty and mental ill-health.
All our work at Frontline is to make sure that these children get the love, care, and protection they deserve, so any contribution you can make to Stride Through Summer will help us to achieve this.
Welcome to any new supporters and thanks again to those who sponsored me last year. It would be brilliant if you could please share the link to this page on your socials, because the more Frontline raises, the more we can help children and families. One step at a time...
