Hello i am trying to raise my final vet bill my little dog was in hospital for 14 days we had insurance for 7000.00 and they paid out five thousand six hundred and we payed 1300.00 we are short one thousand nine hundred vet can not do a pavement plasn my sister said she pay the last money owed but when she got the bill she refused we can not get a loan
