Our Shine Night Walk 10k events take place in cities across the UK, passing famous landmarks and lighting the streets, to beat cancer one step at a time. And at our flagship Shine Night Walk London event, you can take on 10k, a half or full marathon.

Story

We are thrilled to be participating in the Shine Night Walk 2024, where we will light up our city’s streets to raise vital funds for life-saving research. The event, scheduled for 21st September 2024, holds special significance as we come together to support Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. With 1 in 2 people facing a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime, every single pound donated makes a tangible difference. Our goal is to raise £500 for this important cause and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

We all have at least one friend or family member who has died or been affected by this horrible disease. Every penny counts so please donate if you possibly can.

Thank you.

Lots of love and hugs from Gem, John, Sam and Mary 💜💜💜💜
