Phew! I just got back from another London Landmarks Half Marathon training run. It was hard work, I've got to stop thinking I'm still a young man! But I think the hard work is worth it, I'm running to support the work of One YMCA.

In my job as graphic designer for the charity, it's my privilege to hear some of the moving stories of how My colleagues on the front line support; people experiencing homelessness, victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence, families needing advice, young people navigating this difficult world...
