Story
WITH YOU ALL HAVING SMASHED THE TARGET, I'VE RAISED IT AGAIN! HUGE THANKS TO ALL...
I have been involved in IcFEM since 1999. In that time I have seen a little health centre grow into an amazing hospital that really transforms lives. The hospital now employs 140 staff and does 100’s of life changing operations a year. However their operating theatre is full to capacity and beyond. I am doing this walk to raise money so they can now equip the brand new operating theatre block which was under construction when a team of 10 from our church visited the hospital in October last year.

Why is this project important?
Increased demand for surgery: The number of surgeries performed at Dreamland Hospital has increased dramatically in recent years. DMH simply does not have the space to meet this demand safely.
Limited theatre space: Currently, surgeons have to choose between performing essential surgeries for children and providing safe emergency deliveries for mothers. This is a difficult and unfair choice.
Saving lives: A new operating theatre will allow DMH to perform more life-saving surgeries, including C-sections, complex gynaecological procedures, and advanced orthopaedic surgery.
I would be very grateful if you could donate to my walk, please feel free to drop me an email if you would like more information: martin@dreamlandmission.org
