I am challenging myself to the Run Reigate half marathon for Include.org - I want to raise vital funds for this important charity.

It's not a big national charity - every donation means so much.

Include tackles the challenges of communication disabilities through the application of speech and language therapy expertise in ways that feel nothing like actual therapy!

They run inclusive Makaton choirs, wellbeing walks, structured coproduction sessions and much more. Feedback from people involved in Include's projects speaks for itself:
