Story
I am raising money to support my local branch of Mind, a charity who helped my family in the past & whose work is essential for many in the community. Supporting adults, young people and children with their mental health and mental fitness. Spreading the message that mental health and mental illnesses are okay to talk about - the time has passed where this subject was taboo. Following on from my previous successful but drawn out challenge for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital - originally scheduled in 2020 in Nepal but rescheduled to 2022 in Peru due to covid - Check out the gallery & please continue to support Daniel, who will be complete the Nepal trek later this year - https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/danielmartinnepal
Mind Bradford - “We believe in better mental health for all and won't stop until everyone who is struggling with their mental wellbeing or supporting some one who is, has the help they need to cope and recover.
Very often the support we provide keeps people who are struggling out of hospital, helping them instead to achieve wellbeing and create a fulfilling, happy life.
Last year we supported over 3000 people locally and because of your fundraising and generosity there is so much more we will be able to do to make sure no one struggles alone. Thank you.”
