We are building up to running the Principality Cardiff Half Marathon, the Team (#Team Shirl) currently exceeds over 30 runners, too many to name but made up of close friends and family all supporting this worthy cause. Especially in support of my wife Chris (Shirl) who is living with this awful disease.

All funds will donated to the Cardiff and Vale Branch of the Association and will be used to help local people living with MND and help fund national research into funding a cure.
