Story

Hello My name is Mark. Some of you may know me from my cycling challenges whilst following the Hatters and I am embarking on another demanding challenge but this time swapping 2 wheels for 2 legs to complete ONE MILLION STEPS attending a number of Luton Town games on foot.

Saturday 25th January Luton Town V Millwall - 20 miles from MK.

Sunday 23rd February Watford V Luton Town - 23 miles.

Sunday 2nd to Saturday 8th March Burnley V Luton Town - 235 miles

3RD TO 7TH MARCH WILL BE 200 VIRTUAL MILES & LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS TO HELP ME REACH MY TARGET!!

Saturday 15th March Luton Town V Middlesborough - 20 miles from MK.

Saturday 5th April Luton Town V Leeds United - 20 miles from MK

Saturday 12th to Friday 18th April Derby County V Luton Town - 125 miles.

Stepping Stones (Luton) is a charity dedicated to empowering women who have suffered domestic abuse or are vulnerable due to substance misuse by providing hope and the skills and resources to make positive life choices.

Domestic abuse, anger & trauma

One to one and group programmes focused on understanding, dealing with crisis situations and moving on from trauma.

Offending & Rehabilitation

Stepping Stones works with women who are at risk of offending, or have offended; working with them as they look to turn their lives around and make better choices for the future.

Parenting Support Groups

Stepping Stones works with mums and their families to develop parenting skills and confidence and/or supports women involved with Children’s Social Care.

Drugs and alcohol abuse

We work with women who are problematic drug users or drinkers and who are looking to make changes to their lives to become healthier and happier.

About the charity

We give women skills, hope and resources to be their best selves. We provide a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental space for women and their children. The women we help shape their own support. We simply provide what they need, whether that is childcare, one-to-one support or group programmes.
