Hi,

Thank you for visiting our page! To help support fundraising for Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool, we have 3 teams of 6 who will be taking on the Coniston Challenge on July 6th 2024!

The challenge is split into three stages; a 15km bike ride, 11.8km hike and finishing off with a 3km canoe in the Lake District. However, this is a team challenge, putting our teamwork skills to the test, complete each stage and cross the finish line together to successfully complete the challenge! You're only as fast as the last person crossing the finish line!

However, we cannot do it alone and we need your help! As mentioned we are supporting Alder Hey Children's Hospital based in Liverpool which has a very close place to the company's heart. Everyone at Applied Nutrition would be truly grateful for any donations made towards the challenge!
